The payment gateway can generate multiple transactions for a single order. For example, several failed payments may occur due to user errors or issuer restrictions. Users can contact their bank to resolve restrictions and repeat the transaction on the payment gateway side without redirecting to the merchant's website. Consequently, one order may be linked to multiple transactions with an error status (and, eventually, with a successful payment status).
